I looked back thru my notes and I had written that this jar (#6) was both my fastest colonizer and also had a lot of condensation after I came back from a weekend trip. (around day 14) So after trying to loosen the cap for a few days this jar began its at first fruity smell then by day 20 was getting a bite to it, like a fermenting smell. So screw the invitro tek this baby was broken up into a small pan sprayed with h2o2 and covered with saran wrap to recover on day 22. (about 40% of the inside of the cake was not white with mycelium). I expect a small recovery by Thursday will post an update later maybe...

Yeast smells sour, and keep it if you can. It's good for bread, and pancakes and, and, and...

one dream from waking up sane...
