that is definetely too high. Tell me more about your setup, what kind of container? What kind of heater?
Lower your heat, first of all. Give it a little hole on the side so it can get air exchange. Prefferably cover the hole with a filter disc or some polyfill, or, a coffee filter if you dont have those.
Also, since you are using cakes, you need the humidity to be higher than 85%. I would suggest using perlite in the bottom of your terrarium, coupled with the air bubbler you are using now. The humidity should be at least 95%. If you cannot lower the temp of your heater, then ditch it. The temp doesn't matter that much, as long as your cakes are around room temp you will be fine.

Its just a basic strfoam cooler setup,,,with drip shield,,,im using a regular fish tank heater,,,,it doesnt have a temp set on it just high/low and arrows pointing the direction to turn it im also using two airline instead of 1 to try and increse the humidity coming out from the water container

Turn the heater to low setting
And put some wet perlite in your terrarium
