I ask for an ID request (Location: Central GA)
    #2863473 -

These were all found July 5th in a cow field in central GA (somewhere between Macon and Savannah) residing in dry cow manure.
The pictures were all taken July 6th after the shrooms had been refrigerated for about 20 hours.

We suspect that the mushrooms featured in these pics are probably cubes given the blue bruises among the stems(bruising was delayed) and other various traits. The gills are black and they both have black stained veils. I have not taken a spore print just yet but I'll post one tomorrow. The tops of their caps have a yellowish brown tint. If you need any other information let me know!
On to the next batch.

Not sure about these. They were all found in dry manure as well and they also looked nearly identical at the time of harvest. We are thinking that if they are an active species, they would be cope cyans. However, they do NOT noticeably bruise blue upon handling.
They have white dome caps, no veil, thin stems, black gills(one that we picked had grayish gills (see pic8)) All where clustered together in dry manure within grassy patches. I haven't yet taken a spore print of these either. Three of these are in the first picture with the cube on the left.

Oh please mushroom Gods share your wisdom with a humble group of yard gnomes. This was our first hunt and it would be great if it turned out to be a success. If not, the experience sure was a blast.
Thank you very much.

There are no liberty caps in florida and never have been or will be unless someone formt he PNW orNE AMerica or UK and Europe, or Pune, India and/or Lima Peru brings a bag there and gets you high.

Most likely, yes, judging by the pictures and the poor description.

Yes they are cubes, and you might have Cope Cyan's in the second, it looks mixed though.

You've definately have Psilocybe Cubensis in the first, no doubt.

If mushrooms grew in my house, and I could smoke in here, i'd have no reason to go outside?

Thank you all very much for your input. I'm gonna hold off on the second batch until I can get spore prints of the larger specimens.
Thank you all again.

those three in the right hand side of your first picure, though probably also P. cubensis, look a bit questionable. be sure you seperate collections in the field and do not try to do so at the table.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.
