Found this while hunting for cubes in a cow field, although I can't recall if it was growing directly off of dung or not. Cap is just over 3 inches across, light tan in color with a darker brown kind of skin in the center nipple. It looked a lot like a cube, from a distance. The gills are grey, the stem was quite short but seems to be fairly solid, remnaints of a veil are visible. The spore print came out quite strange, it appears to be multi colored. I think the yellow is most likely from the cap still being damp, and the spore color is actually the greyish-green. No bruising as far as I can tell. Anyone know what it is?

Thanks, I knew that fucker looked deadly.
And no problem concrete, I've made plenty of drunken mistakes in my time (much worse than missing a sporeprint I might add).

Ive eaten them mother fuckers before when I was a novice picker (2 years ago) I got sick as a dog. The shits...throwin up for like 3 hours. I only ate 1 cap but Im sure if I ate more my life coulda been on the line. The gills are white at a younger age and there should be a scaly brown skin around the nipple that can peel off. Ive learned to yank these guys outta the field to try and destroy the root system. (you know your supposed to cut the good ones (cubes-Copes) below at the base of the stem so you can retain the species in that field. SO I figured why not try to destroy the poinonous species. Lepiotas and molyblites are also scattered around cow fields disguising themselves as Cubes so be careful.
Peace, Orizon

Yea well I was planning on killing myself by the end of this year anyways cause Im starting to run a little low on Ice and Im already a few grand passed due from my last payment that my dealer is pressing me for. So Im sure he'll wack me out in the next few months anyways. <---JK. Sorry bout that, just needed a joke to crack the ice from your assumption that I got a few decades knocked off my lifetime. My girlfriend (at the time) did drive me to the hospital the night of the poisoning and she brought the species that somebody (supposingly threw in the sandwich I was eating at the party *wink* *wink*) or atleast thats what I told the doc and my mum. They ID'ed it as a toxic shroom and said they gave me all the proper meds I needed I felt better in the matter of hours after they hooked me up to the IV an shit. I know it was dumb but I was 17 and thought that if it grew in a cow field than it was good (STUPID I KNOW)
well hope your wrong....Peace, Orizon
