cobweb ain't shit on a casing, Its very easy to get rid of, and is not that uncommon, nothing to worry about, its not a dangerous contam, your mushrooms wil still fruit the same, and they will be safe to eat.

Vinegar wouldn't be a good idea. Most cube mycelia like a neutral or slightly basic Ph, while most mold like it a bit more acidic. The vinegar would either kill or stunt the mycelia while making conditions more favorable for mold growth. Peroxide will usually zap cobweb with one or two applications and it won't kill your mycelia.
