I almost bought this for kratom but realized the massive number of caps you'd need to swallow and reviews were terrible. Now that I have a good reference and a wife interested in microdosing and plenty of dried fruits I may actually do this. Thank you so much for your research.

the reviews are shit because its not exactly straightforward and people that write reviews are dumb as fuck.  It takes time to master.  even the WAY you agitate the plates to get the pills to settle in takes time to master.  sometimes they go in backwards and it takes tweezers to pull them out quickly.

still, i did a QP of pills yesterday in about 1 hr flat.  cant fuck with that.

Also btw, helpful math here ill go back and edit the OP but:

1000 00 caps makes about 12oz pills and youll
need 8oz dust to fill em.  data.  bam.

I use size 0 caps. Without tamping, they hold .1g of grandma's ashes. With tamping .2g. I have friends who prefer a heavier or lighter dose, so I can make the caps to their preference.

um.  you can pack way more than that into a 0 cap. 

i get .3 into a 00 cap.  total weight .4g.

But I don't want to. Most of my friends like a .1g MD. Only a minority want the .2g dose. None of them have asked for more than that.

Just wanted to update this tek with a couple things:

1.  usually when you load a plate with empty caps, you get a few upside down ones.  typically, ive used a pair of tweezers to pull them out but today i found  "the move" which is a pencil witb a bit of duct tape sticky-side out on the eraser end.  plucks em right out slick.

2. 

colored capsules are now a thing.

watch the video - I SO want one of those. Sadly capsule filling machines are on the DEA watch list. That company sells capsule fillers but if you go read their privacy page it says "Note that government regulations may require us to provide information on buyers of capsule filling machines."

I dont know if that means they 'may', or they will or they must. I also dont know if that lets the DEA do anything special, put you on watch lists etc. I really want one and id pay the price just to not have to do the fiddly process. I just dont know how much heat buying a cap filling machine is.

eesh.  I dunno.  I dont find it to be all that fiddly. Took me about an hour to do a QP last night.  Id seriously rather no machine at all then to have the dea looking at me.

i just made a couple hundred lions mane and cordyceps capsules using 000 capsules.  I like the bigger size a lot. I stupidly got a capsule filler that only fills 15 at a time.  need to get a 100 at a time machine, I have only found them for like 35 dollars and haven't felt like buying one yet
