yeah that place is pretty awesome, my cat spent 45 dollars total. got 2000 "00" capsules which fit about .5 in each and the little machine which pops them out 24 at a time.

I've found if I try super hard I can get .75g in the 00 caps. For people who don't partake in psilocybin often I call the 00 PE caps a "Trip in a pill" as in it just adds some sparkle to your day.

Once I go through the 500 gelcaps I bought off Amazon I plan on buying the veggie caps so that I don't have to ask if someone is gluten intolerant because apparently the gelcaps are not gluten free.

it all depends on how much you have in your belly.

I take MD of about 0.2 (i just fill the rest of the 0.3 with a 5 mushroom blend of medicinals). Take it on an empty stomach and they usually kick in 30-40 minutes.

I have a capsule maker machine that you just load the capsules in (24 at a time) and add the mushroom powder (grind it in an electric coffee grinder)

super easy and amazon has capsules. tons of colours etc.

ive always slit my capsules with a scalpel blade in a cpl spots to let the good ol acids inside to help it it break down from the inside out a lil and to cut down on the time a bit i do seem to notice a difference when done in that way
