How to look for Weilii

I live in atlanta georgia and i have been searching for ps. weilii and i cant find anything but some sort of pan. What kind of surroundings do you think i should search in order to find some weilii?

office parks, new neighborhoods, lawns, pinestraw...

locations 3-10 years old, give or take a few...

Well i guess i better keep on looking or they just arent where i live because i have been looking around places like that...oh well i enjoy being outside and taking a good walk anyway...any park names you guys can give out or anything like that...i think they said park names were okay to give out in the rules....but if they aren't my apologies

For some reason or another, I haven't seen a single weilii this spring and I've been hunting a few times. Guess we'll have to wait till fall when they usually explode.

The best way to find them? Find yourself a neighborhood that is 10 years old or newer. Get in your car. Drive very slowly looking in the lawns. If you see a cluster of brown mushrooms growing in a lawn, park the car, get out and see if they're weiliis. Best way to hunt ever :tongue:

As far as asking someone for park names where they found their weiliis... You might as well ask "Hey, does anyone want to just give me their car that they earned through long hours of hard work?" You'll have about the same amount of luck asking either question.

hey gumby.. I did some weilii searching in my car last year(probally 10 hours worth) and did not find any.... I drove slow as hell, but there were MANY spots I know I missed... what do you think about parking in neighborhood pool areas and walking .. THAT way you can inspect thier garden beds/pinestraw/shaded/hard to see areas well... or hell... a bicycle would probally be even better... have you eve found and on foot or bike..?

Yeah man, walking is always good, you're bound to see something you missed. I'd vote for walking in the evening. It's been so damn hot and humid lately that I break a sweat just going out for a smoke break at work.

Move me where the Polar Bears live  :mad2:
