No, that's not how it works. 

You should look at every story from any source individually and either analyze the logic makes sense, or look at the evidence.

That's why I can hate Tucker Carlson, yet post videos from him when they make logical sense.

Unfortunately, too many people here are like "DURRR, Tucker Carlson!  I'm way too stupid to analyze what he is saying, so I'll attack the man rather than the argument" (ad hominem).

I looked at the article from The Daily Beast that mycosis posted and compared it to the original.  Those are two very different stories, the one from The Daily Beast was clearly an exaggeration of the original, and chopstick was correct about it being fake news.

Let's look at a few excerpts from the original:

They already have proof that they were testing different viruses on Ukrainian soldiers. Ukrainian lives are cheap for the empire, they're little more than cannon fodder for Neocon/Neoliberal foreign policy. Testing exotic viral strains on them is not out of the question since they are viewed by the United States as being expendable pawns
