CP450 isn't just drug metabolism that's probably all you read when you google it because that's where big drug companies focus their research for money. It's like 85% of all drug pass through this enzyme complex. It would make sense that most of all research is focused on the drugs.
CP450 involves nutrients, micro/macro, xenobiotics, endobiotic, non-nutritive dietary chemicals. This means that a poor metabolizes would get less benefit from ingested foods. IE) trace elements such as zinc. iron....Ultimately decreasing their immune response during infection. replace drug with molecule.

- no they are not and I don't think you are quite getting the point. The inflammation of the liver during infection is why most of the treatments stop working or don't work. That's where the genetic polymorphism come into play. If you are a poor metabolizer and you get sick, the harder the treatment becomes. This is why hydroxychlroquine sucks ass because it has to go through liver metabolism. The other drugs bypass this by being given intravenously.

most of everything you ingest has to in some way be metabolized and no that isn't just limited to what humans call "drugs".

They cut the dose in half for moderna. I was bummed. I was looking forward to being all pumped from getting vaxxed so I could come in here and be a jerkbag to the unvaccinated like after I got the first and second dose. The half dose just didn't have the same effect. I still feel just as understanding and compassionate as before I got the booster. :mad2:

Ok Koods, you might like this one. And I would totally like your opinion or knowledge what this might mean.


Long story short, I totally fucked up and got a half dose( 3rd dose Moderna "booster) only Formula: 0 after my 2nd shot. :picard:



I totally fucked up and thought it had been 6 months already.

I felt fine yesterday after getting it... and today I feel kind of groggy, little bit stiff, not much, and sort of cloudy in the head. Nothing major.



I'm kind of worried though but I don't think I need to call my doctor just yet and let them know.... but like, you seem to know a lot about how all this works-


what will getting the booster dose early do? Am I fucked?

Been sick for 2 weeks, ribs hurt, nasty cough, stuffy nose, green phelm and now it feels like it's spreading into my sinuses.  Wife said that I should get chest x-rays and steroids.

Huh.  They got sick too but got over it.  It's an hour drive to the hospital,  I'll go in the morning.  Going to drink hot tea with bourbon.  Will let you know what I find out tomorrow.
