I just got the same ones but 120L. Got it from Alibaba. These things are a beast! 6000W and 110. I had to use a 50amp breaker.

6000 watt at 120v ? Holy fuck that needs 6 AWG wire. Never seen such a large 120v machine haha.

What did those run you delivered?

Mainly the elements are what are designed for 120v but some wiring inside may be different.

Would probably be simple if it used water heater elements, what's it got?

If you put 240v to a 120v appliance you’ll burn it up. 

You can change the heating element out for a 240v unit

I mix spawn with substrate in mine.
I also grow edibles. Oysters with pasteurized straw, as well as cube spawn and coir.

nice mr hyde. I have my eye on the kushlan food grade mixer for mixing spawn since it looks like the barrel would be easy to blast with starsan with no screws on the barrel to hold gunk.

Do you wash it out between species?

I could definitely see mixing a batch of oysters and then a week later doing cubes and coir and having some scraps of oyster myc stuck to the wall take over everything.
