...the accuracy of the human eye excluding people with glasses I guess ...the precision of the human ear I mishear people all the time ...the power of the human brain What power? Haven't you ever met a christian? ...the perfect combination of senses in one body define perfect ...the beauty of the opposite sex If they weren't beauftiful, would you screw them? If you didn't screw you wouldn't reproduce therefore you'd have no descendants, and the only ones reproducing.. bah, isn't this what public eductaion is for? ...the miracle of reproduction I'm sure you know nothing firsthand.. ...even the way a banana fits in your hand Oh man I don't wanna know how well your banana fits in your hand I'm good

If you really look around at how everything in nature in this world works and really put deep thought into it,you begin to realize just how amazing it all really is.Everything has a cycle that completes itself. And everything works together in one big chain of intertwining circles. An animal is born,it eats which in vegetable matter eating animals often spreads seed that way and predators keep populations in balance,it plays its part in the ecosystem either as prey, predator or both,it fertilizes plants and enriches the plants growth which is then better able to produce food, the animal eventually dies and bacteria of various sorts work to break the matter down returning it all back to the earth to enrich the plants to grow better and create more food.I know i missed alot in this cycle but its just a summarized example.
Everything springs up from the earth and returns back to the earth. The earth is fully self sufficient on it's own with no intervention what-so-ever and everything takes care of itself or is taken care of by another being or organism.
I highly doubt that a near-perfect design such as this was random evolution. The only flaw being that mankind has free will which is often used to disrupt the balance and harmony of the planet. In the last 100 years, humans have done more damage to the earth than anything in the last 4 billion years of the earth's existence.(Of course this is assuming science is right when they say 4 billion years.)

Like hell. Over the past few billions of years, the Earth has destroyed all of the life here multiple times over through its variuos cycles of warming/cooling etc.

Yes but the earth wasnt poisoned by chemicals that are mpossible to take out of the air, water, river sediment, ozone, ground, etc. And the damage done today is far worse and much longer lasting such as destruction of natural habits and I could go on forever.

We evolved around natural laws. I would like to study these natural laws, and this is not something I can do under the guise of creationism. In my opinion, it's very ignorant to say everything has only been around for 6 thousand years. It's ignorant to think the grand canyon was created in one day by a large volume of rushing water. I see no logic in your post, only an appeal to our emotions... thats hardly an argument.

The way the world works can put us in awe... it is complicated. Reading a book can give us a simple explanation that can make us feel more secure, but when actuality contradicts what the book says it's time to rethink everything. Is it better to be kept in ignorance, or explore life and the natural laws that govern it?

"Everything springs up from the earth and returns back to the earth. The earth is fully self sufficient on it's own with no intervention what-so-ever -Most of our energy originates from the sun."
By no intervention I meant from mankind. As in no one must take care of it for it to continue. As far as the springing up and returning back part I meant that every lives, grows and dies without intervention IE care required for it to occur. Its given that the sun creates heat for the earth and gives plants light which is in turn used for food production and humans use light for production of bodily vitamins, chemicals and hormones.
">I highly doubt that a near-perfect design such as this was random evolution. -Evolution would have kept the cycles that could complete the cycles while any broken cycles would have deteriorated and ceased."
The broken cycles are part of the bigger cycle of things. Its still a completed cycle.

A discussion like this is why I just signed up. In this endless question of existence I just want to personally extend my own thoughts as they have given me some mental peace lately. Yeah, there is a tremendous amount of beauty in the world, and I have seen wild scenes in nature and experienced profound moments through meditation and the fungus, among other things. Ultimately I believe that there is a higher power, but I am very content to say that there may not be one anyway. I like to accept that I do not know who "I am or where I am going in this ocean of chaos" as Leary puts it. I accept that. Now I just enjoy the beauty and stop worrying about whether or not there is a Creator. This truth is out of my control and I just like to soak in what I can while Im here. Just my ramble

Your claims, nay "propaganda," are not very convincing. They sound more like marketing religious hype to turn "atheists into believers." What about the things that say we don't have a creator? There, I said it.

I honestly don't care about those claims. They all make a lot of sense, and that's why I can't pour my faith into the possibility of there being a definite Creator. Yeah I lean towards there being one, but again, I fully accept that there may be nothing and that I may die and enter a state of nothingness, just like that of pre-natal existence. So I stop worrying whether God exists or not and enjoy what I experience here. Convincing or not, this is how I live my life.
