It's all good. Even when I'm hurt and angry and sad I can find the humor in it. I am most definitely a disaster lesbian :lol:

But I've largely been over the hurt and anger and saddness for a little while now.


Truthfully I found all my partners between now and a decade ago by just living life and crushing on friends. I think that's a great way to go about it. (really fun phase of "just friends" is a bonus.) The last dating profile I made I was like ya know what I'm too much of a fucking disaster to do this and deleted it. Among other things. Namely that online dating for lesbians really sucked at the time.




So all my subsequent loves were accidents. I think it might be better if maybe I found something less accidental.



Just thoughts though. Not really gonna push for anything, I never do.

well, am thankful you still managed to get a kick out of it
as have a pretty distinct recollection of trying to duck myself out of the conversation for fear of becoming a home wrecker
and am now basically chastising myself for being dumb and missing a prime opening in exchange for awkwardness of potential advances now

get a chuckle out of having a simliar track record with dating tho
but can attest to trying to utilize dating sites while trying to cope with presenting male
and just feeling overwhelmed by number and variety of incoming messages more than anything
there is a niceness to building natural connections over time, rather than being in a sort of pool of people who have been trying to jump-start connections over and over

with that said, an intentional search to find a meaningful connection in more general circumstances still strikes me as valid

I laughed way too hard at that.

Mostly because relatable. In my case it's usually when I find out they're dating a woman and I'm like wait you're into chicks? And they're like "yeah. In fact I flirted with you alot." And 9 /10 dumb me flirted right back :facepalm:

I never understood how people just get lucky and find someone, I've had to put myself out there 100% of the time, but then again, it's probably the super conservative culture I live in. I've had two women flirt with me directly (three if we count the girl that sent her friend to tell me) and I was too awkward to do anything at the time. That combined with me working in IT and my hobbies being working out and martial arts make it really hard to organically meet a woman.

The good thing about that is that my fear of being a virgin pushed me out of my shell and made me somewhat less of an autist.

You guys I'm being terrorized by a deer. Only me. No one else seems to run into it. There are a million black bears with cubs running around. And I am having a huge problem with this one deer. She leaves her fucking kid everywhere, and this is a really densely forested area so it's impossible to see, and then she sees me walking in the woods and gets this crazed look in her eyes and fucking gallops towards me!! She attacked me yesterday because I tried to get away from her and must've accidentally just moved closer to the fawn(which was literally no where in sight).


Is the universe telling me to go back home now?
