Hi My Dudes.

Congrats on the 4K TV Niffla. I got a 70" 4K. I love nature stuff in 4K. Also on youtube I watch people walking around in foreign places with a 4K camera strapped to them.

Right now I watching this new Aesop Rock track! It's awesome and it's for a new Nintendo Game. Earlier I got a subscription for Nintendo online and now I have a bunch of NES and SNES games to play, plus Tetris 99. Bout to turn that bad mamma jamma on!




Besides that I just finished this painting. Anybody need a painting for their wall?





This is one that I finished off a few days ago. It's kind of a rough draft type of painting. I might perfect it and repaint it as a final painting one day. This is actually a painting that Asante's ghost friend told me to do to help me quit addiction and it worked or at least helped. Thanks Asante and Ghost Dude!!!

Here's an outstanding one I got lost in a little bit while I was tripping a few wks ago.



That has to be one of the most hauntingly beautiful forests on the earth.

My dad tested positive for tuberculosis - what the actual fuck?!


We're hoping for a false positive, especially because he got inoculated as a kid and has no symptoms, and he gets these blood tests like 4 times a year.


But still not the news anyone wants to hear during this time. We won't know for at least another two weeks because he's been instructed to wait a little bit before going back for a retest.

Well wishes. : ( I understand how you feel.

My mom is on oxygen with 33 % working lungs

She also has a 40 % functioning heart from chemotherapy.

It makes me scared. Hospitals scare me really bad.

He seems completely normal and not sick at all :shrug:. My mom doesn't seem worried because she apparently had a false positive herself. Apparently it's not that rare of a thing if you've had the vaccination. But he has traveled to areas with endemic TB in the last year so..:shrug:.


If he tests positive again he has to go to the hospital for chest xrays, so I'm just hoping it doesn't get to that point. The idea of him going anywhere near the hospital right now terrifies me.

Hopefully she can stay at home and ride this out. That's what I'm counting on for my dad.

Tuberculosis progresses extremely slowly.

False-positive TB tests happen, somehow I tested "maybe" once according to the nurse

My school makes us take the TB test twice 2 weeks apart to prevent false-positives.

Hopefully it'll be nothing

Leprosy is still a real thing. The bacteria is endemic in populations of armadillos in the US, and can be transmitted to humans through contact. The regular use of antibiotics has the side effect of curing most cases accidentally without the person ever knowing they had it. (Same goes for syphilis)

Leprosy is a plague that's nearly been eradicated in the west thanks to antibiotics but some people still pick it up from armadillos.

Hope it turns out to be false pb but I'm sure your family could do without the additional stress.
