We all are very much aware of Logic's retarded spending habits. Which are even funnier considering he champions himself as being 'good with managing money'. He reminds me of my personal finance class back in high school where my teacher used this "Mr. Bill" from SNL doll to represent somebody who was making a lot of poor financial decisions, usually things that would bring quick money but fuck him over in the long run, like payday loans, and buying a lot of shit that he didn't need despite already being in a rough spot financially. Logical chaos is just the mr. bill doll of our shroomery finance class. But he won't listen to anyone pointing it out, we tried already, so can't you just have a chuckle about it and move on? I'm doing pretty much the same right now. Smoked some weed and now I'm about to play some Link's Awakening. It's a little foggy and gloomy in my neck of the woods. I might go down to the city in a couple hours to eat lunch and walk around the lake. It might be a good day to go check out some local waterfalls too.


2 years ago I got some giant sequoia pine cones from literally the biggest tree on Earth and the other cone is also in the top 5 biggest trees. I stored them for 2 years, cold stratified them, and just now planted them. I'm planning to make them into Bonsai trees. I might go find some coastal redwood cones or baby trees soon so I have both types of sequoias in Bonsai form.

I never heard of those. I just looked them up and they are pretty trees. Those might make a nice Bonsai to add to my collection.

I saved almost all my avacado pits from last year and now I have about 60 avacado trees going in all different stages of growth. I purchased a Crimson Queen Japanese Maple the other day too. I might take some cuttings of it and try to root them to start new trees. I want to open a little tree stand at the farmers market one day or just randomly plant nice trees around my area. I've also been trying to root cuttings from my cherry, perssimon, and lemon trees with no luck. I think I need to buy rooting hormone.

Hey, I have a dawn redwood.  A nursery owner gave a little sapling dawn redwood to my son last year, and I planted it in the yard.  It did real well through the spring and summer, but then by November it had dropped all its needles.  I thought it might keep them through the winter, as many evergreens do, but it’s totally naked.  Really hoping it bounces back this spring, it’s a lovely little tree.

Yeah they are supposed to lose their leaves over the winter. There are a few kinds of conifers that are deciduous. Tamarack aka larch is another one.

it's really nice out today

Just went on a 40 + mile bike ride

First one in a long time

It was supposed to be short

Thought I would keep going

Went through 3 towns and a city , next time I'll make it 80 miles or more , for real

I feel 1000 x better , it lifted my mind  , I want to be somewhere hot , just ride forever , This was just my first ride it will go far

Good Luck Niffla! What is your game of choice? I went to vegas last month and did the slot machines and video poker. I want to try roulette next time. That seems like the best odds.

Good to know, thanks!  The area I grew up in had a lot of tamaracks, so it’s one of the trees I have a natural affinity for.  Along with stuff like eastern hemlocks, witch hazel, rhododendron, etc. 

I went into my photo gallery a few minutes ago looking for pix of our dawn redwood, and found the one below.  Decided to post it because it features my son wearing a pair of Crocs that were involved in a recollection I wrote about this morning.  As LogicaL Chaos would say, “hella synchronicities”.

I'm just going to try my hand at some slots this evening. Got a room here at the casino. Pulled out 100 of the atm. When I'm out I'm done. Haven't started yet. Just chillin drinking some beers and watching some hoops at the moment at the casino bar.
