My question is :if you can't see any healthy myce spots is it possible to go on with the light yellow white spots ?or should I find the healthy spot by inoculatin again and again from the print.

Yellow white spots sounds either like yeast or bacteria contamination.
You can transfer this to a new dish and see if the mycelium separates from it, but the chances are not good.
