weed controls many dietary and hormonal processes

eat meat and vegetables with coconut oil

I'd take that over pasta 100% of the time

It's moreso just feeling like I gotta change who I am overnight that bothers me. I can manage changing my diet and I can manage smoking less weed. Like in the past 3 weeks I've smoked less than a 1/4 I bet and before that I was weighing out 18-20g/wk. I get headaches and shit. Anxiety, depression, chronic pain ect. Weed has been my go-to for 15 years. The high was the last thing I enjoyed about it. Now it's been making me feel weird and even triggering pain. I can live without lots of foods and drugs. I can still eat a fat steak every now and then. It's just kinda humanizing I guess, you spend your youth thinking you've got the world conquered and then eventually some old man shit sneaks up on your ass and reminds you you're gonna die one day

It's hard. No one changes over night. It's easy to gain momentum when youre focused but its also easy to fuck it up. Just understand when it happens and stop yourself.

Weight watchers has a bomb ass app ive heard.

Just stay stocked up on veggies.

I think the weed has a lot to do with it. When you go deep for a while It can really fuck with how you function. Mentally and energy wise. It controls many regulatory systems. It should be tapered depending on how high the doses were and how long.

Yeah something about CB1 and CB2 receptors are kidney relative and being hit by the weed makes it worse. Like it won't cause problems but if you have them it can exacerbate it. If I smoke at all I gotta be a one hitter quitter. :rolleyes:

I asked about kidney disease and the closest thing they gave me to a no was "Yeah but why you?" Which wasn't exactly reassuring.
