how long to steralize glass petris in oven?

I got my 11 petris and SS rack. Yay! Anyways, now im steralizing them in my oven at 400deg. How long do you think is enough?

I made a small mod to the rack but it makes a big diffrence and holds the petris in snugly. I drilled a small hole in the bottom on the rim where you load them on and strung a SS wire from that to the top. It holds the petris in and together so no contams get in and none fall out and break, this most likely why its not a full set of 12.

I also bought some smaller plastic pertis as my master plates for all my isolated strains that wil be stored in the fridge. I have spores of 10 ps cube strains so far :laugh:. All the isolating and propigating will be with these glass plates since there seralizable then ill transfer the isolate's to the master's. Sound good?

Thanks! Check out my mod, works well. I know im going to love working with this rack! I steralized them before but then i found out my already used jar of pre mixed agar contamed so tomorrow i need to find a local sources for agar agar and malt extract then make a batch of PDA and MDA.
