I ate some taste-tacular mushroom soup with Penny Pun Boletes as the main ingredient.

yeah...boletes....fry some minced onion in butter....add finly sliced young boletes...steam for 10 mins...add some whgipcream and finly minced parsley and pour it over a heap of spaghetti...add a little parmesan...finished

or slice them in 1 cm slices...turn them in flower....then in egg....then in breadcrumbs...and then frie crispy-brown....with green salad and a lemon...
