Lesser known/underrated things to do inside/ and solo while tripping

About to drop within the next 30 min :tongue2:

My last two trips were spent with friends (first at their dad's condo, and second at the beach)

This time, I'm gonna go solo at my apartment so that I can be fully relaxed and near a good bathroom :wink:

With that being said, I plan to do the following:

-Listen to records
-Draw
-Meditate
-Watch a movie
-Watch cartoons like The Simpsons and Rocko's Modern Life
-Watch some Mr. Show
-Maybe write if I have the focus.
-Go to the pool and hot tub in my complex if it's not too crowded.
-Take a bath and/or shower
-Blow my load during the comedown :blush:

Is there anything else that you like to do when tripping at home alone?

Don't watch simpsons, watch cloudy with a chance of meatballs, or any other pixar cartoon, you'll thank me later. Get some fresh fruit, grapes, oranges, bananas. Swimming is fucking awesome! If it's daylight you can wear sunglasses and it keeps the skittishness down around people, they can't see your eyes, lol. Try juggling, rolled up socks are good to start with and won't destroy anything, lol. Sketching, drawing, painting, markers, all that is awesome as well. drink fresh water, no ice. A beer or 2 is good, but easy to drink a sixer before you know it. Wine maybe if you must have alcohol.

Sounds like a good time. Fruit is a good snack. I usually don't like to include those types of activities. I'm usually laid out exploring what's before me.  I can barely manage to smoke a lil weed.

  Since you are going on a solo trip I recommend silence. Without distractions. My gf was watching a British show and on the come up on mushrooms I started to wonder who was talking and if I even knew someone with a British accent. Lol I was tripping hard. I can't handle all the noise. So I went to the spare room.

I have been wondering about this as well, surely some people have got some really great indoor trip ideas.

Ive tripped and ridden mountain bike trails many times, which is great.

One of my favorite things is hot yoga, turn a heater on in a room, put on some dope music you can vibe to and stretch out.

Talk intensely to a close friend who is also tripping and keep your attention on them, making constant eye contact - you will find what you say the world/room around you is, it will become, in the strangest way. I think some of this is that the attention and eye contact makes your mind their mind, their mind your mind, and you see exactly what they mean.

Started writing this as I was coming down:

Coming back now finally. I watched a bunch of Documentary Now!, Fear and Loathing, and in the middle of Magnolia atm.

I was very focused on whatever I was watching today!

I also watched some Mr. Show with Bob and David (highly recommend).

It was a nice day, but I was too fried to leave my apartment lol.

Thanks for all of the suggestions everyone! I will have to skip out on the Kpop though. I lived in Korea for a year and I can't stand Kpop. Jpop however....

Movies and shows that people typically consider too deep or general 'bad vibes' to be the most thought provoking and rewarding for me. I know watching a tv screen is about the most unoriginal idea there is, but it isn't without value. This is all depends on how confident you are of course, but I go as far as even watching great horror movies while tripping. It's a very playful time testing your mindset between the spooks.
Particularly star trek, anything that can spook me a little and provide heady concepts. Plus the costumes and set design are twice as goofy and twice as great.

Get a Bluetooth speaker, have that playing music, and then play something animated on a tv next to it, muted.


For instance, I'll play this through my ps4 onto my tv:


AND listen to electronic music on soundcloud simultaneously. Keeps things... varied. No thought loops.

I also used to put on The Grateful Dead Movie and dub Mayhem over it. Gnarly.

Play with the shower curtain

Sweep the floor

Pet a cat

Be naked (totally underrated, naked tripping is awesome)

Listen to some audio books if you're into it
