also you can walk around you park smokeing a pack of smokes and pretend that the elves in the trees are all your friends and talk to them for few hours. :smile: :wink: :smile:

If your going to trip alone, it's agood Idea to make a thermos full of herbal tea before hand. You will thank yourself on the way down. Works for me anyway.

When I'm coming down, it is like I'm returning to my body. Some sweet, milky tea helps boost my blood sugar, get my digestive sytem started again and ease this transition. I can't sleep and I'm no good for anything else, so I sip tongue numbing kava kava tea and watch TV. Everyone looks like Max Headroom.
