You might be alright. I had a brf just start to do that, mine was a little worse. I let it keep going and the mycelium took it over and kept going and fully colonized. I don't know what I had but it all worked out. Keep it separate if it worries you but but don't toss it just yet.

The black spots are probably vermiculite.

Also those jars are slightly too wet but they will colonize anyway.

Your heater warmed up the spores to germinate. Its one of the triggers. Moisture is pretty much trapped inside the jar.
