I plan to find someone who is HVAC certified to build me my own custom when it comes time, maybe you could try the same? maybe you might even be able to find an HVAC dude who likes shrooming and will hook you up.

I'll check their prices but right now I'm looking for the affordo DIY route. All the other parts are already here I just need the damn panel. Basically just a box with 2 holes for filter and fan I think

Have you tried phoning filter suppliers in the uk? A quick google search should bring up a few.
There not cheap though, my h14 filter was £250 including delivery. You could probably find one a bit cheaper though.

Yeah I've called a few places now, last one quoted 3 big ones...
Found this chunky thing for £100 https://www.addfiltration.co.uk/610x610x150mm-metal-case-h13-grade-150mm-deep-hepa-filter---standard-capacity I can't see any reviews but it's a possible price for H13 don't you think?

I did see that one when I was looking, the price isn’t bad but it’s only h13 and the general consensus is you should go for a h14. Although some people do use h13s.
