the meaning of life is to EXPERIENCE. I like to see it as one big test/proving ground.

Just wanted to share my personal experience, not saying that it's proof of anything. But I find it strange that you would discard my experience and yet take your own as proof that life is completely meaningless.

Paraphrasing something I heard someone else say:

The way you see life affects your health too.
If you see / experience love, your body releases oxytocin, saratonin, dopamine
This increases vitality.

However, if you see threats you release Stress hormones and histamine

This directly influences your health and happiness.

edit:
AND It can turn on/off the expression of certain genes.
