Do you refrigerate your eggs?

i heard in Europe eggs are left out on the counter, but also they are washed differently which dosnt take off the protective layer, in north america the layer is removed and they put a false layer so salmonella can get inside


I have chickens and once or twice forgot to collect the eggs that day and still ate them just fine, so I guess refrigeration isnt as important as (((they))) make you believe

also im gonna eat raw eggs on friday because I have a appointment with a neralpshychologist or something like that and they told me I have to eat protein before I go in, when they ask what I ate im gonna say raw eggs and they are gonna give me a weird look and its gonna be hilarious

I had raw eggs once before when i made home made eggnog

Raw eggs have half the digestible protein as cooked eggs.

I didnt know that maybe ill scramble them, I bet the yolk is healthier raw though

Its the process in which they are collected and also whether or not they have been refrigerated.  Once refrigerated, they must stay refrigerated otherwise bacteria can grow. 

Europeans also sell and keep milk at room temperature.  They aren't as regulated as the US when it comes to pasteurizing milk/cheeses.  That's why the US cheese is shit in comparison to some countries like France, Italy, and Spain.

I only refrigerate the eggs I buy from the store, I don't bother with the eggs I collect from my chickens, I either cook them within a few days or cure the yolks and make protein powder from the whites after hard boiling and dehydrating to save. I've eaten plenty of raw pasteurized eggs though. You'll be fine. Pickled eggs are my favorite though :yesnod:

Also, I don't think you know what ((())) means :lol:

This is changing.

It's better to wash them better yes but then also refrigerate them.

Last summber I stuck in Poolville Texas going insane


But I did get to watch a rooster and hen raise a family together of 7 baby chicks.

They are so fucking smart. They are a lot like cats. You have to gain their trust & bobble your head.

They were a happy little family. Every night the hen, rooster, and their babies would sleep together in a small dog cage that was left open.

Until something killed them all.

Nah, my chickens are dumb. Maybe it's the breed. There's only one of them that seems to show any unique character. Her name's Poppy and she always flies up on my shoulder when I go to feed them.

They are acting dumb. I know what you mean. I thought the same this about my uncles chickens until I had all summber and no job to hang out with them.

Once I opened pandors box tho all chickens view me as one of them. Bobbing your head towards the groud like your pecking seeds was were it all began.

It wasnt long a few weeks later I was locked up at JPS hospital & I walked up to a crow & touched it in the court yard. Really fucked with the other patients.

I told them i was the white dr do little

That reminds me of a article I read on reddit yesterday about how crows will tell their friends about you if your nice to them then all crows will treat you different.

That crow I touched told his friends and now I'm a member of the human birdfamily.

My country don't wash eggs
Hell I've bought eggs that still have shit on them:lol:
And as a gym nut I go through a shit load of eggs
( not as much as a old training partner of mine that could eat like 30 eggs in one fucken day :uhoh: )

Basically I'm still fine so you don't need to wash eggs just wash them before use that's all
