Darkcreeper substrate mixture

Ok shroomers geko has been away for the last 10 month's (goal), And was wondering what verity of grain's will work best for creeper's besides the brf/verm tek.
And the same goes for Hawian's, Geko has spore print's laying around for both of them aswell as some subaerginose print's which he isent going to worry about at this time, Just the creepers and the hawian's.
All help would bee greatly apprecated. :confused: :wtf:
