Oh man, always something to be grateful for.

I would recommend you list some things you're grateful for and some reasons you can be happy and excited for life my man

Maybe even sit in meditation and contemplate gratitude and what you have to be thankful for

Good way to start every day actually, and especially when feeling down

Switch that mindset up

So much opportunity

Maybe start a garden or get deeper in a hobby

Life is a blessing :heart:

I microdosed today on mushrooms and smoked some weed which lately is a once a week type of thing for me.

Was thinking about dosing nywhere from a 1/4 tab to a full one. Will see how that goes,
