Ok so this is  my first attempt at grains and spawning to bulk. This is what I’ve got so far

Do these jars look healthy? Ready to spawn?



inoculated 2/18  with agar wedges. Golden Teacher 2 transfers from MS

I believe at least one of them may be slightly bacterial, due to a few  “fingers” of rhizo-looking growth.. There is condensation throughout most of the jars, I understand this to be fairly normal in fully colonized jars. I believe grain prep was good, no pooling/excess moisture at the bottom.

I just prepared about 5 qts of coco coir, 250g dried with 1300ml boiling water added in a small cooler and left closed for an hour. My plan is to mix that with the 3 qts spawn into two separate shoeboxes.

This jar has been the slowest of the bunch, it not far behind though. It looks like the myc has not gotten to some of the grains entirely still. Does this look ready to be thrown in the mix?



Any thoughts would be appreciated 💭

Just spawn, crop, print, try again...

Right, I know I’m about to spawn either way most likely. Curious to see if anybody might say it actually looks all good tho

No off colors, no pin mold, no trich, I'd say all good, except for the starch on the seeds, could of cleaned better and pcd for 2hrs, other than that, fuck ya man.

Correct, wont be a perfect canopy, fat giants or perfect clusters... but itll give you mushies....
Plus you learn from this batch, step your game up. Do better so you dont have to next time. Not being a dick, just a perfectionist with OCD, gf hates me when I get my moments. Lmao.
