Jalisco grow needs help

It seems they've grown very prematurely and opened caps? Almost white colored. I'm noticing some have dark gills already and am wondering if I should go ahead and pick? Any help would be appreciated.

Setup: Sgfc, humidifer, small fan on in the room, mist and fan a couple times daily. 12/12-ish light cycle. 70-75 temp

Appreciate it! Any advice on why they grew so stunted and small? I read somewhere that too thin of a substrate can cause it.. and mine was about half an inch.

They look like Panaeolus to me. Perhaps thats their size.

They could've sent me a wrong strain i'm not sure. The young one's look pretty brown and normal as mexicana's should. All other photo's of mexicana's i've seen seem to be bigger/thicker/taller. I'm glad to have gotten any of course!
