But we think that North Korea and Chairman Kim have a tremendous potential as an economic force, economic power. Their location between South Korea and then Russia and China -- right smack in the middle -- is phenomenal.

The point is, the trade deficit hasn't changed and trade between the two nations essentially remains the same, so making a claim that the "trade war" is responsible for economic weakness isn't backed by any quantifiable evidence.
