Tub advice-they seem so slow.

Looking for some advice on my tubs-trying to get a better result this time.
My lighting for this is from the ceiling- 2x 100 watt CFL's.The proper light spectrum.
Tub 1-Thai cubes

Tub 2-Thai cubes

Tub 3 Pann Subb's

Tub 3 cakes

Tub 1 Is getting FAE and more light than the other 2.I think I should just close it up but its so heavy/wet.The other's I am still waiting on before more FAE.The other cube tub is heavy also,I am letting it breath a bit using side vents with filter cloth and some medi-tape.The Pann subbs seem correct weight on there tub.I had foil on top at first but after more reading this was not needed and might be holding things up?

Just wondering If I can let the Pann Subb's get some FAE and more light.I let a little light in from under that water bottle, the rest is covered with t-shirts.
Happy with those Pann Subb's as there from a wild print I collected.
This is my first try at bigger tubs using Agar.I was using Wrong Coco in the past giving terrible Trich.I did not know certain brands of coco-coir are evil for shroom grows.
