Many are led astray from the power of pure water, which acts like a magnetic vacuum to rid your body of toxins when used in the correct amount. I've been using it for over a year and the benefits and results are amazing, I have much more energy, feel lighter/lost weight, quit smoking tobacco/drinking alcohol easily, mental clarity, stable mood, depression lifted, off of medications, digestion improved greatly, constipation/bloating disappears, general "clean" feeling, spiritual awareness heightened, haven't been sick either and more. I encourage you whether you think you're healthy or not to research and experiment with it yourself. In my experience, I've found drinking at least a gallon a day is key.

What do you you've been using water for over a year? :lol: Did you cut out sodas to make room for more water? Because that would make sense. I don't think just drinking water is going to do much if you're already hydrated enough. Although lots of people are dehydrated to a degree and don't realize it.

After a month or so you lose all interest in drinking anything else, my body craves it and when I don't drink it I feel bleh.

Kinda yeah.

Currently exploring thymol and vanillin particularly, natural plant extracts that in tiny concentratuions impart flavor zest to water, and in the body have medicinal effects.

live within walking distance of a natural artesian well

on the hottest day of summer it is painfully cold where it comes up out of the ground

for safety sake, it is still best to boil before drinking
but likely clean enough to do so if you desire

if the electricity goes out for a few days, it is a reliable place to draw water that can be boiled
like to do a thing of just poking a finger into the source
it's so overwhelmingly cold that the rest of the pain and sensation in my body melts away from the world
it makes for an intense point of focus

it apparently runs through glaciers and travels underground before surfacing
and despite being so cold, it is always flowing so it never freezes
even tho it's -30C outside today and you could not get me outside to go put my hand in it

If you want an anti-everything elixir, try adding generous amounts of hemlock to your recipes. Stops everything dead in it's tracks.
