I let go.I surrender to it.

Especially in times where I fail.Instead of going hard on myself for failing or not giving my best I just lay back (metaphoricaly) and say to myself ''Tommorow is also a day, I can try again tommorow'' and not give it too much thought.

I surrender to life in all ways posible, or at least I try.If good comes, alright then.If bad comes, alright then.Just accept whatever comes your way.Go with the flow as they say.

I have accepted it most of the time but still have a bit of existential worry from time to time.  I’m getting better at brushing it off though. The existential worry about grass being
greener. I compare realities too often forgetting my perception is often nothing like what others feel like.  It’s tough realizing your thoughts create your reality but you can only control which thoughts you entertain; not which thoughts you actually have. Can be tough to tell the sifference

I find your certainty quite irrational.

Not that I don't agree; I suspect that it is exactly that, but it's only a guess, so to shape ones attitude (fuck it) on nothing more than a 'guess' seems like hubris to me.

Would you still say 'fuck it' were our every action and decision filled with meaning and a subsequent knock on effect to the interconnectedness of all things?

Would you be more reckless or careless or more careful and considered if reality is NOT what you think it is?

I've accepted it, I dont always like it but I accept it. While I dont "pray" to a "god" I think the serenity prayer (said at the end of AA meetings) makes a lot of sense.

"Grant me serenity to accept the things I can not change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference."

I dont practice this nearly as often as I should though:shrug:

Most people are very far from accepting reality.

Do you shout when a driver cuts you off?  or just accept it has happened?

Do you allow your thoughts to lead you into emotion and allow these emotions to rule you?

Do you shout when the wind blows?

Its futile, nature is our dictator.  Many people myself included like to think we are accepting reality but in truth this is a vast topic I feel I could go very deeply into.

I won't bore you though.

It is true that its hard to surrender but lile buddah said life ia suffering once you sit back and save your energy on things the actually require it life goes smoother
Can you control the lifes of the people aeound you
More tha  likley not just know when your role in life is needed
If you choose to sit and let the nails of reality dig in then it can make you strong but can be a burdan you shouldnt bare unlesstheres something to gain physically or mentally

Similar to what Asante said, as well as the quote in my sig, I strive to accept that I'll likely never know what reality actually is. Embracing the wonder and awe of it all truly is freeing. I've yet to reach a point where I can fully accept that philosophy though, and continue looking for explanations and universal truths that might make it all make sense.

I can't really accept the unknown itself. When I die, does it all just end, does something new begin, does non-linear time mean there really is no "end" or beginning to "me"? I've accepted it enough to not let it effect me in day to day life, but when I get to thinking about it all is when I realize I'm far from giving in and embracing what I can't know.

I guess I have hope, and hope at it's core seems like a rejection of reality if you are to believe in what is presented by our sensory system, and the scientific "facts" it's led us to discover in the realm our sensory receptors allow us to explore.

that each individual must sign off on before coming here.

one of these terms is that while submerged within this reality environment,

Reality is 50% concrete and 50% perception. It's never really settled, what is and isn't reality. We each live in our own, and they are always growing and changing. What most people consider reality is just expectations, and they can be shattered quite easily.

Nah dude, Not even close. Its far too strange and coincidental to be real. After trump got elected I was pretty much convinced the entire thing is a practical joke. Not to mention I see magic numbers all the time at the strangest times. Either I'm crazy or everything else is crazy and I'm sane
