Best jars for rye grain spawn?

Quart or 16oz? What is the best size to use for innoculating show boexes or a mono tub? Also do I need to shake and poure the rye once the mycelium colonizes? Or can one jar be used to inoculate multiple tubs/shoe boxes etc?

I believe quart jars are best seeing as though u would have more spawn. And normally it's atleast a quart per shoebox so I'd think one jar would only do one shoebox.

Qts, especially for monos, I do 7 qts per 66 qt tub.

Do some reading, if you put in the effort by reading  and researching people will offer advice, if you don't put in the time, don't plan on getting too much help.
