my dog
    #2569202 -

So my mom just called me to give me some real great news. Apparently my sister came home and found our dog lying down in the hallway throwing up and shaking really violently.

Apparently, she had a stroke (judging by the symptoms, id say aneuritic). Shes going to recover, but that puts her at such a high risk for another, as well as epilepsy...i wonder how much tissue infarcted by the time we got her any help??

a beautiful little 16yo cockerspaniel, im only 21, shes been with me most of my life.

Fucks up the day, hopefully all will be well, and if she goes soon, it can at least be in her sleep or some peaceful way, not like that...

I'm sorry to hear about your canine friend Kremlin. That's pretty old for a dawg, she must be pretty badass. What counts most is if she knows you all love her which I'm sure she does.

I'm very sorry for you and your family. I know how a pet can become a part of the family. :frown:

Totally, losing a pet is tramatizing, to know that you best friend is not there to meet you after work and wag its tale. :crying:  It really hurts, I hope I never have to find my pet dead, even if it's from old age.  I hope that your dog lives many more years, best of wishes.

what sucks is tommorow i have to go take care of her for a few hours (as i didnt see it happen), so now i have to see her in this condition..

quite frankly, im scared to, because its all gonna hit home...

if i believed in a god, id ask him for strength...but since i dont, i should understand that its just the natural order of things...its still too hard for my ego to let go though..
