Pleurotus nebrodensis growers here?

hey guys recently heard about this delicious mushroom. going to have a culture soon.. is there anybody who is growing this mushroom right now or have grown it in the past.?
really confused about the final substrate. sawdust or straw or something else? supplementation?

can anybody help me with the complete cultivation process..

You would be lucky just to eat one, much less get a good culture. There's only 1 grower in the US afaik

i have read its difficult to cultivate. but what exactly is the difficulty, fruiting them or something else?
