... was thinking that could save some time (money not an issue at this time). I'm going to do a bulk grow for the first time and don't want contamination to be the reason I fail. Not only that but it will be my first attempt to grow any shrooms at all lol. So I just want to cut down on the steps so I have less of a chance to fuck up. I plan on testing my spores on agar maually after that. Anyway, just wondering what y'all think? Pre-sterilized dishes are a ripoff. Pouring your own doesn't create more contam vectors, it lets you track down problems. Everything you use should be made fresh.

I was shocked when I saw the price. Poor your own 4 sure. If you are worried about contamination seal them up and wait a week if nothing grows you are good to go.
