How long did you PC your grains for? You precook them before the cycle?

90 minutes... or at least i thought.... weird thing is it was a grain on the side near the bottom of the pot

Did you vent the PC properly? I do oats, 2hrs minimum. I also have quarters on my weight. Rockin at 18psi.

Stuff like this is why I take every time I hear "my technique was flawless and I followed the TEK directions" with a grain of salt

Agar technique could be flawless but if you don't sterilize your grain properly well...

I wasn't soaping my SAB for months and had green nasties. Now with some soap, gloves and iso it seems clean again.

dude that is colonized substrate and one of the grains decided to come back from being eaten by the mycelium
