Halted Pinning

So the basic gist is this:

Grew Golden Teacher on 6 BRF cakes in jars till fully colonized and two even started pinning. Birthed them in the usual way, with some overnight soakage and set them up in a fruiting chamber doing the usual misting + fanning job.

I have grown cubes before and never had problems, but this time I noticed that the cakes never got "fluffy" usually I see some fresh mycelium poke it's head up when the cakes are healthy and happy. But this time I didn't see anything, no pins, no fluff, over a period of about 3 weeks.

So then I read on the forum to use a casing layer, so I covered them all in coco coir and saw the cakes get fluffy and fresh mycellium poked out around the coco. Now a month later there is still nothing happening. I don't have temperature control but my room is not cold.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to get these cakes moving, I would really appreciate any suggestions?
