That's weird though,  because i have over 21 liquid cultures. 21 different strains and some I have multiples of so closer to 30 in total.  All done in open air and 0% contams. All have been tested on new jars and all were great.  Same goes for the grain to grain transfer I was talking about at the beginning.  Ive done g2g transfers already atleast 25 times.  I know that's not a ton but it's because I just started recently. I was hesitant to even try it because of all the info I read. Glad I did go for it because I was 100% successful in open air. I like it even more then using LC. Amazing how fast it works. I know this is a long and all over the place rant but I hope someone new gets some peace of mind from this.  There is plenty of good advice but there is also plenty of bad advice so Don't be afraid to find things out for yourself. I'm not advocating that people should cut corners or half ass it, I just don't like how alot of people try to make this harder then it really is. I respect the veterans of this hobby but even they know this doesn't take a genius to do.

I totally do bro and in most situations you are correct....fall down, scrap your knee, get back on the bike with knee pads this time...BUT, the cool part about the site, and granted there are some personalities on here, is that there are countless many that have already scrapped their knees and have found ways to stop that from happening.

In the scheme of things I would rather gather all the info I can about a hobby or profession so that I am well equipped than to spend countless times failing and learning the hard way, ya know? I mean why go through the trials and tribulations when you can get a free ride through others lessons? I think that would be more of a deterrent than spend the extra cash to protect yourself from failure...know what I mean brotha?
