Using partial MS syringe

Is there a way to use part of a syringe, and still have a strong change of storing it for future use without it being contaminated? Or is it better to blow your load in one shot?

You can absolutely use syringes multiple times. Just flame sterilize. Let cool and cap.

Edit: and whatever you do don't suck any air into the syringe.
