Success rate at first time making a sterile syring

...a sterile spore syringe.
How many of you make your own syringes. Following the "Psilocyber's Syringe Tek, v1.0" what other pointers besides the ones in there can you guys give me?
Is it fairly easy, provided I am careful and follow all the steps? Should I just make one syringe first, to see if its good, it colonizes the jars, etc, and then make more in a week or so after the initial experiment?
Thanks in advance!

It really is easy follow the tek and use a lot of Lysol. I have never made a bad one using that tek.

Good job. I use my own tek for syringes. Using the oven door method and a combo of teks, common sense and sterility. Psilocyber?s works great too.
Happy growing!

Just use plenty of spores, and i mean like 1/4x1/2 inch of the spore print, and jars will be colinised in less time than you thought possible

o-k mickey, but the thing is that i print most of my shrooms and there-4 have a LOT of exta prints,i also use 30 cc syringes...lol... and wehave heard all about how bad large syringes areas opposed to say 10 cc syringes,or this about light or dark syringes, personally i would rather have more spores to germinate to quickly surround the one bacteria that might end up in the syringe(kind of like the calvary approach..lol...CHARGE) I normally make 3 35c.c. syringes from one large (halfdollar) size print. It's all about personal prefrence, considering that any ammount of spores that you can actually see with your eye in liquid solution is way more than you weed.NEED-I mean need
