Active Gymnopilus sp.?

Habitat:
On dead hardwood

Gills:
Rust brown

Stem:
See pictures

Cap:
See pictures

Spore print color:
Rust brown

Bruising:
Brownish, with some greenish bruising in the cap

Need help figuring out if this is an active gym, and making sure it's not something deadly (like the deadly galerina).
