Well, unless I got trich everywhere I cut, and down 2 sides (i removed the liner after first flush: experimenting) it's doing fine... these spots were much thicker than the other dissection points this morning, but this afternoon it  looks the same... do you guys remove the liner asst all? If not, how can I soak?

You get 1000s of strains when you grow from a spore syringe would be really hard to name em all.

The variety is PE6... Strains 1-1000(s) evidently... and she's pushing out pins like crazy!  How do you guys handle the liner between flushes? New one?

If you want you can put it back in, but it's not really going to help much now that sub has shrunk

Do you soak or mist between flushes? How so with the liner, just fully submerged?

If you use a liner and want to continue using it the best method would be misting the sub in between flushes instead of dunking. I personally prefer to dunk them, but it's really cultivator preference.

When I used a liner I would just mist it really heavy and never take the liner out...now I skip it altogether.

To be honest, they're are really more of a pain in the butt than what they are worth...but to each his own.

The ease of just being able to throw a sub in a tub and walk away is so nice

Yeah, it was a pain... Guess it comes down to the level of loathing one has for harvesting side pins

I do both or neither just depends on how I feel that day

I think comes down to being able to keep good surface conditions and being able to know what your sub needs...once you master that the rest is simple.

Still, microclimate is hard to beat I'm sure... anyone ever tried an adjustable height type thing? Be hard to maintain FAE then I guess
