Just be real. Open up to people. Share hardships where possible; we all have them.

Be yourself. Some people won't like it, but then I wouldn't want anything to do with those people anyway, so it's a good filter.

Throw yourself into it, and care not for the judgements of others, for you are improving yourself and not causing harm in doing so.

This is truly a great quest.
