How have drugs impacted your quality of life?

One thing I'm noticing about drugs the older I get and the more times I've used them is that I'm getting better at using them. I'm discovering more and more about how they interact with my body and mind, and how to use them when I need help with something. I'm coming to the conclusion that most drugs are tools, sometimes they are misused, overused, or not used right, but most drugs are tools for something. The more I figure out how to use them correctly, the more positively they impact my life. So I was wondering, do you feel that drugs have improved your quality of life, hurt it, or haven't really done much?

Mostly positive for me, but I mainly stick to cannabis coffee and kratom these days.

I actually just ran out of kratom after a few year low dose daily habit and aside from a minor headache I've been feeling fine. Not sure if the headache is related or not :lol:

Cannabis and coffee can be more negative IME at least when overused, if I drink coffee for a few days it stops working and just starts sedating me... Cannabis is easier to use regularly but I've tried to steadily lower my dose over the years. Avoiding using extracts regularly also helps, though I've been diluting extracts with terpenes to vape which can work really well if done right.

Alcohol is the only drug that continually negatively impacts my quality of life, and it's the only drug I've ever had a difficult time putting down.

Fr fuck alcohol its a public health crisis that destroys families and kills some1 every single day, its not that alcohol is so bad its that its the only thing your common person has to ease everyday life and the greater issues some of us havethat we just shouldnt have to deal with sober but still wanna keep are liver intact and be able to drive a car.

The only bad drug ive done besides yeast farts is crack but i quit it cold turkey idk see how people get sucked in by it like i really dont even fire shit isnt that great i mean its gooood but shrooms beat it.

Shrooms tho, theyve been a tremendous help to me, i truly love the shroom like i love my pets. Theres also an art to cultivation an involves real skill n study when you go balls deep in it, also holy shit you can make a ton for pennies.
I just looooove shrooms the only thing i hate about cubes is they make it hard to breath when i sober up. Does any1 else have that problem? My lady friend says she has it to
