Top 100 most nutricious foods. Yes, I'm into lists lately... * 1
    #25079754 -

So there it is.

http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20180126-the-100-most-nutritious-foods

It kinda surprised me because it no longer the same foods I'm used to seeing and the foods I am used to see don't even rank in the top 10 like they used to.

I'm also happy to report that I've been eating the #1 item on the list daily for many months now and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon!

I'm surprise brocolli spourts aren't there. It's not know because I assume it's more profitable to let them grow into broccoli. The sprouts  contain sulphuraphane. Possibly the healthiest compound on earth today

8. PORK FAT

632kcal, $0.95, per 100g

A good source of B vitamins and minerals. Pork fat is more unsaturated and healthier than lamb or beef fat.

Does that include some meat at least or just
plain old delicious bacon fat by the spoonful?  :homerdrool:

Either way I think I'll pass.  :flyingpig: . . . :peace:

Almonds may be the most nutricious food according to this list but no way its healthy to eat a lot of it everyday

Moderation is key

Bacon is making a hell of a comeback. Now that we know sugar is the danger and not meats and fat, it's been revised to be a very healthy thing to eat.
