I just finished 8 hours of standing meditation on ephedrine! * 2

It's a trip to stand for 8 hours.  A lot of people don't practice martial arts and all they do is stand.  Take a walk.  I read about it in T'ai Chi Magazine.
I don't know if i could stand sober for 8 hours.  I just began my study of meditation because one of the books about Buddhism I was reading was written by a meditation teacher.  I find that Buddhism and daoism don't conflict with my CHristian faith.  I encourage anyone to learn meditation.  I like sitting in a chair a lot.

There is something zen about it tho. To know your body and feel at peace no matter what youre doing. It woumd be good mental discipline to train your body not to move on instinct.

I meditated for 8 hours last night while laying down with my eyes closed in the dark.  I do it every night.  It keeps me feeling refreshed.

I wanted to stand for more than a couple hours.  Have you ever tried meth or ephedrine?

I've tried one but not the other. I wouldn't want to meditate. Stand, yeah sure, meditate no.

Meth is more illegal than ephedrine.  I know where to get yohimbe that's more illegal than the legal stuff most people sell.  I've used over 150 herbs and I even tried absinthe.  I love ephedrine and there are almost 30 stimulants of great interest.

Ephedrine is pretty bad for you.

It has a rebound effect on your energy.  I'd avoid using it for anything more than a cough.

It definitely burns you out.  I used a lot of stimulants about 15 years ago and was sober for 14 years until about a year ago.

I believe in God and I have read the bible three times!  I like the Buddhist way very much and I love finally learning true meditation.  I had read about meditation before but this author Jack Kornfield really laid it out for me in his masterpiece The Wise Heart.

Jack Kerouac and Neal Cassidy took ephedrine when they were beat and hung out. There could be some connection between Christianity and Buddhism. Meditation is supposed to reveal the true reality, which DMT does. But so far I haven't seen any real proof of it. Some people are supposed to have done it though, which may not necessarily mean more DMT gets endogenously released in the brain. DMT might be more potent than meditation. Something like Wim Hoff is supposed to be what it's like. So it can sort of be verified. But DMT is still just something else altogether. There are no competitors for the niche. Maybe not even some complex VR A.I. programmed simulation technology. They're supposed to be able to program McKenna's machine elves in the future but it might not be the same thing.
