They been testing nuclear devices under ground for years, not to successfully though or were using very small amounts.


Id like to torture that fat fuck for years on end, have him in my basement eating piss N shit mixed rice, cutting him all over with a razor then throwing bleach on him wile he's ODing on bad acid dressed as a monster... he fucking deserves it.

I think Kim is smarter than we give him credit for. By developing nukes he can effectively blackmail wealthy countries to give him aid. If the US tries to invade they launch a nuke at Japan or SK the US won't risk millions of dead as collateral damage.
