You'd need to read the actual reference.  What is meant by "potentiate" the effects of LSD?  Presumably the subjective effects, what's the sample size, control etc. 

"I saw this on facebook, here's the citation" is not an ample reference.

I know what it feels like. I have both hypoglycemic issues (mostly my own doing, at certain points in my life I just don't want to eat so I don't and the hunger goes away and I forget and then shit hits the fan) and anxiety. They both more or less feel the same to me.

I had always thought it was just 100% anxiety and at one point I found out eating sweets helped sometimes, so it became a thing. Lot of years later when my eating started getting bad and I could see a pattern I realized it wasn't always anxiety.

The only way I really know what's going on these days is if I ignored my hunger and start getting light headed it's time to eat and if I don't soon, things are going to get bad. If I just get a rush out of the middle of the nowhere (especially if I've eaten that day or recently) and start to pass out, it's a panic attack.
